This unique offering combines gentle yogic stretching and strengthening with mindful awareness instruction. It’s a two-for-one: cultivate a healthy body AND a healthy mind. Finish feeling relaxed, refreshed, and focused. Jamie Lynn Tatera is a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor with years of experience teaching gentle yoga. There will also be an outdoor option in the summer when the weather supports outdoor movement. This is being offered virtually.
