Description:
In these challenging times, how can we cultivate a healthy mind? Mindfulness, self-compassion, emotional intelligence and positive neuroplasticity are all elements of a healthy mind. Participants in the Path to Resilience learn these and other skills that enable them to both effectively relate to challenges as well as grow the good inside. This engaging live online course incorporates science, metaphor, story and practice. Author and educator, Jamie Lynn Tatera, is a certified Mindful Self-Compassion teacher with many years of experience teaching well-being to students of all ages.
"Working with Jamie Lynn, I have learned to be more present and connected in my daily life and interactions with my family, and I have gained tools to help me feel more emotionally grounded and balanced. Jamie Lynn’s warmth, openness, empathy and personal experiences make her an effective mindfulness coach." -Melissa S., Shorewood, WI
